Vintage Glass Syringe + Hypodermic Needle in Steriliser Case

This kit contains one glass and metal syringe, one stainless steel syringe plunger, one English-made hypodermic needle and one needle remover in a stainless steel sterilisation case.

Kits like this often belonged to traveling physicians. The metal and glass syringes were able to be easily sterilised on the go by adding water to the case with the instruments inside and bringing it to the boil over a flame.

Sterilisation box measures 8.5cm x 4cm x 2cm. Syringe with needle and plunger measures approximately 14cm when assembled.
